All orders need to be placed through our WhatsApp store.

Just make your selection and place order.

No payment required over WhatsApp as money will be deducted from your wallet.

Please ensure sufficient balance in your wallet at all times

Extra wallet balance at the end of the month gets carried over or is refunded if you cancel your membership.

Wallet balance has no expiry as well which makes it harmless to load

Deliveries will be made every week on the same days as per your pin code. (Mon-Thu, Tue-Fri, Wed-Sat)

Your availability is not required. Just keep the rack and/or used boxes outside your door for return.

If any plant wilts in the first 2 days of delivery, it will be replaced for free. Simply WhatsApp us the photo.

You can pause your membership for a week or more by WhatsApp-ing us.

Your membership end week will be extended by equal number of weeks

We will come and collect the rack and/or boxes from your home so that it doesn’t rot in your absence.

Our plant boxes are NOT use and throw

In case you throw or damage any plant boxes a penalty of ₹30 would be deducted per box

We try to be sustainable in all our practices and hence reuse and replace the boxes

This also allows us to keep the price of live plants low, given delivering a live plant is way more expensive than similar weight harvested produce
