Frequently Asked Questions

Keep them indoors in a bright sunlight place (1, 2, 3)

Don’t keep them outside in any balcony (4)

The plants will last upto 3-5 days if kept in proper place.

In some cases a plant may show yellowing after 2nd day due to lack of light or water. Changing the location to a brighter area will help.

In rare cases a plant may start to wilt. If you observe wilting by 2nd day, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace them for free.

You don’t need to do anything. The plants will stay alive for 3-5 days if they are kept at the right place.

No watering is needed for 3-5 days. If you plan to use them beyond that, watering will help. Use RO water only.

No, you don’t need to regrow the plants.

Return the used plant boxes on the next delivery, and we will replace with new ones.

Cover the box with the black plastic film visible on the top edge of the box.
